Our story
Our Story
Restaurant Marocain · Nice · Côte d'Azur
“I grew up in a kitchen where every gesture had meaning. These recipes were passed down to me. Today, I share them in Nice, with the same generosity.”

The woman behind the stove
Amal, founder of Le Délice d'Amal in Nice
Amal grew up in Morocco in a family where cooking wasn't a chore — it was a language. Tagines simmered all day, msemen were prepared at dawn, and honey pastries filled the house with their scent at every celebration.
After settling in France, she opened Le Délice d'Amal in the heart of Nice for one single reason: to share these authentic flavours with as many people as possible. Halal Moroccan restaurant, oriental tea room and catering service — everything she prepares, she prepares as if you were a guest in her home.
14 Boulevard Carlone, Nice. Open daily, 7am to 11pm. Because good food has no schedule.
